Level 1

This beginner class introduces young gymnasts to the beauty and fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics. Athletes will explore body movement, flexibility, coordination, and musicality while learning to work with ribbons, balls, and hoops in a fun, supportive setting. Perfect for first-timers!
Level 2
Wed & Fri 4-6pm
Gymnasts in Level 2 continue developing flexibility, strength, and body technique while learning basic apparatus handling and choreography. This level focuses on clean execution and rhythmic timing, preparing athletes for more complex skills and sequences.
Competitive
Level 3 - Pre Team
Wed & Fri 4:00-7pm
Level 3 gymnasts begin structured routine training, combining body elements with apparatus skills (rope, hoop, ball, etc.). This level emphasizes precision, artistry, and body control, while introducing the fundamentals of competition structure.
Levels 4-6
Wed & Fri 4:00-8pm
These intermediate levels are designed for gymnasts training in the USA Gymnastics Development Program and preparing for or participating in local and regional competitions. Focus includes Increased strength, flexibility, and endurance, Mastery of body elements and apparatus handling Artistic expression and performance skills Students must commit to regular attendance and show progression throughout the season.
Levels 7 & 8
wed & Fri 4:00-8 pm
This advanced level is for experienced rhythmic gymnasts competing at state, regional, and national levels. Training includes advanced body difficulty, mastery of apparatus technique, and personalized choreography. Athletes are expected to train multiple times per week and show strong commitment to their sport and team.
